The rental fee for Monday/Wednesday/Thursday is $150 for 4 hours. The rental fee for Friday/Saturday/Sunday is $250 for 4 hours. Additional time is $50 per hour. Setup and teardown of decorations is included in the 4 hour block, so please plan accordingly and book additional time if needed.

You can absolutely decorate the space! We do not allow glitter or confetti. We also do not allow tape on the painted walls. Suction cup hooks, clips and tape can be used to hang decorations from the glass garage door and the exterior garage doors. 

Outside food and beverage is not allowed with the exception of dessert. Feel free to bring in a cake/cupcakes/cookies etc to celebrate. 

Yes, you can have separate tabs. When there are separate tabs, we simply have your guests order food from the QR codes on the tables and go up to the bar to order their drinks and start a drink tab.

We are a family-friendly brewery and all ages are welcome. 

Yes, we have more than beer. We have cocktails on tap, liquor for simple mixed drinks, wine and domestic beers.

Though we do not have food and drink minimums, we do require a minimum of 30 adult guests to rent the event space Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs and 50 adult guests on Fri/Sat evenings.

Decorations can be set up and torn down during the rental timeframe. Should you want additional time, you can reserve the space for $50/hr beyond the 4 hour rental.

Yes! We are happy to accommodate additional food orders during an event. 

Unfortunately, this is not something that we can accommodate as the event space is open to all guests when it is not reserved. Heavy Brewing does not want to be responsible if something should happen to your decorations. Please take this into consideration when booking your event timeframe.

Yes! In this instance, we have a minimum fee that will vary depending on the day of the week that you want to rent out the brewery.
